Mobility Work gives you checklist indicators: a completion rate, a conformity rate, and a number of completed tasks, calculated on the actual executions of your checklists. They let you measure your checklists' performance directly in the product, without going through an export.
Accessing the indicators
- Go to your checklists list.
Click the button for accessing indicators, located in the page header.
The analysis page opens: it's the same checklist list, enriched with indicator columns, a period selector, and a legend.
- Click a row to open the detailed analysis of the corresponding checklist.
On the analysis page, clicking a row opens the analysis rather than the edit form — that's the main difference from the usual checklist list.
A checklist whose completed-tasks counter shows 0 for the period is not clickable: there's no execution to analyze. Same rule for a maintenance plan row with no completed task. Change the period to widen the observation.
What the indicators measure
The three indicators only count completed tasks. A task that's in progress, scheduled, or cancelled doesn't enter into any of the three calculations, even if its checklist was partially filled in. This scope is permanently recalled above the table, in the legend.
The completion rate shows how many mandatory steps were filled in, out of all those expected — all step types combined (Validation, Text, Counter). A checklist where all steps are optional has no completion rate. The corresponding fraction is shown alongside, for example 18/20.
The conformity rate shows how many steps were marked compliant, out of all those marked compliant or non-compliant. Only Validation-type steps enter this calculation — a Text or Counter step, even mandatory and filled in, never counts toward it. The fraction is shown for example as 12 OK/14.
The number of completed tasks counts the tasks completed over the period that carried this checklist. A task closed without the checklist being filled in is counted, with a completion rate of 0% — an ignored checklist is useful information, not a lack of data.
The observation period
Three periods are available, selectable at the top of the page: Rolling 12 months, This year, Last year. The chosen period applies to all three indicators simultaneously, and remains applied when you open a checklist's detail.
The colors
The rates come with a color marker, purely visual, to highlight gaps in a long list. These colors are not a contractual target: they don't imply any quality threshold defined with Mobility Work.
Analyzing a checklist's detail
The rates shown in the list tell you that a gap exists. The analysis panel tells you where it lies: which step isn't being filled in, which step is regularly non-compliant, and on which maintenance plan.
Click the row of the checklist you're interested in: the panel opens on the right, with the Overall analysis badge.
What the panel contains
At the top, the three indicators are shown in summary — rate, fraction, and, if it can't be calculated, the applicable cause.
The table then lists each checklist step, with its name, its type, and, for mandatory steps only, a "Mandatory" label. A step without this label is optional: it doesn't count toward the overall completion rate, even though its own completion rate is shown on its row.
For each step:
- its completion rate, with the number of observations where the step wasn't performed ("4 not performed out of 37 observations");
- its conformity rate, for Validation steps only, with the number of non-conformities ("6 non-compliant out of 31 observations").
This is the view that lets you identify the specific step dragging a rate down, rather than just seeing an average.
A step can appear as disabled, with a mention of the mandatory non-compliant step that blocked it. This happens when the checklist is configured to stop the rest of the flow as soon as a mandatory validation point is declared non-compliant — a disabled step wasn't ignored by the technician, it was never offered to them.
Analyzing by maintenance plan
The same checklist can be used by several maintenance plans, on different pieces of equipment. Its overall rates then mix distinct realities together. To isolate one plan:
- Expand the checklist with the small arrow on the right.
- Click the row corresponding to the plan you're interested in.
- The panel opens with the Plan analysis badge, along with the plan's name and the equipment concerned.
The badge distinguishes the two analyses at a glance: Overall analysis covers all uses of the checklist, Plan analysis covers just one.
Period and sharing
The period selector also applies to the analysis panel: changing the period updates the summary and the detail without closing the panel; opening an analysis doesn't reset the period selected in the list.
The page's address identifies the checklist being analyzed, the plan selected if any, and the period — you can copy it to pass on exactly the same analysis to a colleague with the necessary rights.
