Steps to Record a Reading
- Go to the equipment page and open the details.
- Click “Record measure reading” in the top-right corner.
- Select the measure you want to record.
- Enter the reading value.
- Select the date and time of the reading.
- Click Record a measure reading to save it.
When entering a reading from the equipment page, a few important rules apply:
- Future dates cannot be saved.
- Past dates display a warning, but the reading can still be saved.
- Readings recorded from the equipment cannot be edited or canceled.
All readings are accessible from the dashboard and can be filtered by equipment for quick and clear tracking.
⚠️ If a measure-based maintenance plan is configured to rely on readings recorded from an equipment, it is essential to select the same equipment and measure in the maintenance plan to ensure that tasks are generated correctly.
