General features
- Customization and groups of tags
In order to gain clarity and readability, Premium Plan Admins can add a color code to their tags, to classify them by category for example.
Reserved for administrators, the Groups of Tags feature allows you to group several tags in a single category, "Type of intervention": curative maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvement maintenance; or even intervention classes: mechanical, electrical, boiler making, etc.
These can be made mandatory.
- Picture on checklists
Premium Administrators have the ability to add images to their maintenance checklists.
- Multi-step comments on checklists
When you execute a task by completing a checklist, you have the possibility to add comments at each step, for a better sharing of information.
- Archiving of equipments
Within an equipment sheet, you have the option to archive the equipment, so that it does not appear in your list, and you can later unarchive the equipment.
- Notification of minimum stock for spare parts
When the stock of a spare part falls below the minimum stock level, you will receive a notification.
- Offline mode of the mobile app
The Mobility Work CMMS mobile application allows you to enter interventions in your CMMS, even if your mobile device is no longer connected to the wifi. You will be able to create tasks and add an activity to them, which will be synchronized when the connexion is recovered.
The following actions are available offline:
- create a task on a piece of equipment :
- modify the task created in offline mode;
- declare the created task as completed ;
- create an activity corresponding to the created task ;
- add a counter to the created activity and fill in values;
- add spare parts to the created activity and fill in values.

- Scheduling tool
Accessible from the Agenda, the assignee and equipment "Schedulers" are accessible to Premium network administrators.
The Assignee Scheduler tool allows you to access and filter the schedules of multiple users at the same time. You have the ability to drag and drop interventions in order to reschedule them to a different date/time, assign them to another team member, or add an additional assignee.

The equipment scheduling tool allows you to view the tasks of one or more pieces of equipment at a time and to move these tasks to better organize the schedules by a simple "click and drag".

Newsfeed
- Newsfeed filters
Premium users have the possibility to filter the information in their news feed (equipment, tasks, activities...) by tags, and to save the filters.
Reporting & Analytics
- Unlimited history analysis
Unlike Starter Plan users, the analysis of the history on a Premium Plan network is no longer limited to the last 12 months.
- Weekly reports
Premium Plan administrators receive a weekly report by email regarding the activity of their network.
- Hourly rate
As an Administrator of a Premium network, you can add an hourly rate to each user of your network.
- Multi-counter readings
The mobile application of Mobility Work CMMS allows Premium users to carry out multi-counters readings, then to automatically associate to each of these readings a task and an activity. This functionality aims to simplify your meter reading rounds.
Integrations
- Automated task creation (by API)
The maximum limit on the number of tasks that can be created automatically through the API is increased from 100 to 200 for Premium users.

- On-site training
Premium users can benefit from an on-site training service, charged at €2,000/day + travel expenses. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
- SLA based on availability, support, bug fixes, etc.
Mobility Work guarantees a 95% uptime for Premium customers (as per our Service Level Agreement or SLA). If this commitment is not met and your company is impacted in any way, your account will be credited with a "service credit" that will be used for future payments.
