The conversation history allows you to keep a proof of the exchanges concerning your maintenance operations.
You can add one or more people to the discussion, as well as attachments (Word, PDF, photo, etc.).
Your community online chat can meet different needs of your team:
- share information between a service provider and a maintenance manager;
- request for information from a production manager to the maintenance manager;
- discussion groups between different automaticians of a maintenance department;
- posting information for an entire maintenance department (memo, meeting minutes, etc.).
