The installation of QR codes on your machines does not represent any additional cost and can be easily and quickly carried out: indeed, all your equipments and spare parts present in Mobility Work CMMS are directly associated with a QR Code. To activate the QR code, you just have to print it and stick it directly on your equipment.

Install a QR on a single piece of equipment / spare part
Go to the Equipment tab of your CMMS. Click on the "QR Code" pictogram of the equipment for which you want to generate the QR code, then print it to apply it to the equipment concerned.
Install a QR on all your machines
To generate mass QR codes for your machines, click on the "QR Code" icon at the top of the list of your equipment, always in the Equipment menu.
You can then print all the QR codes that appear and apply them to your machines.
