Mobility Work CMMS gives you the possibility to add checklists to your maintenance tasks when creating them. These checklists allow you to integrate checkpoints or to specify a procedure to be followed during the intervention, each step of which must be validated or completed. These checklists help ensure operator safety and improve communication between teams and departments.
You can also add a checklist to all tasks in a maintenance plan when creating the plan.
This checklist must have been previously created by the network admin.
If you modify an existing checklist that has already been assigned to a task or to all the tasks of a maintenance plan, the modification will not be taken into account in these tasks.
If you want to have the updated version of the checklist in the tasks to which it was already assigned, you have to remove it from the task or maintenance plan, and then reattach it.
Keep in mind that if you delete a checklist, it will not be automatically removed from the tasks where it was added. This is to avoid potential data loss in your network.
However, you can decide to remove it yourself from these tasks, if necessary.
