Mobility Work Hub, first step: filling in the import sheet.
The import sheet allows you to prepare the list of references you want to import in your catalog. There are 15 columns.
We advise you to fill in as many columns as possible, as each of these fields will help users find your product or to obtain additional information about your product very easily.

Product identification number (may be the same as the supplier reference if you are the supplier) |

Provider name - no character limit but, if possible, choose a short name for the display |

Display language *mandatory |
Fill in the column with the code corresponding to the language(s) in which the product is available:
This selection of languages corresponds to the languages available in the application. Only products that contain the column code of a language are displayed in that very language in the CMMS. |

Name *mandatory |
The name of the product that is being displayed to the user during his search. The same name appears on your product sheet once he has clicked on it. |

Category |
This field is displayed to CMMS users when searching in the official catalog, as well as for your statistics. Ideally, you should fill in the UNSPSC taxonomy. Text or numeric format, our advice is to use a short name. |

Picture *mandatory |
URL link of the product’s picture (square 100x100). Also used for ads. |
|
Description of the ad |
Or marketing description: this is the text displayed in the ad (600 characters max) to maximize the visibility of your product. Improve the referencing of your products by writing a short and punchy text composed of relevant keywords that will appear in the Mobility Work CMMS search tool. |

More detailed technical description, useful for maintenance teams (3000 characters max.). |

This field is for specific, legal and/or regulatory conditions related to the product. |
