CMMS users will be able to contact you from your product sheets or from their application, thanks to the «Contact» (email) and «Support» (Live Chat) buttons on your company profile.
In order to facilitate the exchanges with your customers and prospects, you can create Hub user accounts in the relevant department (e.g.: Support, customer service, marketing etc.)
«Support» messages are available in the «Messenger» tab in your menu bar, and the «Contact» requests will be sent to your mailbox.
