The "Documents" tab contains all the documents associated with the equipment. All document and image formats are accepted; the maximum file size is 20 MB. There is no limit to the number of documents you can add to an equipment.
The confidentiality of documents can be treated on a case-by-case basis: if a document is private, only your network's members will be able to view it; if the document is set as public, all of the Mobility Work's community will have access to it.
Keep in mind that a document added on a "private" equipment will be invisible to the Mobility Work's community, even if it's set as "public". This because its equipment is invisible outside its network, therefore any attached documents will also be invisible.
