The frequency when creating a maintenance plan on an equipment corresponds to the period during which the maintenance operations will be planned.
You have the choice between the following:
-
daily;
-
weekly;
-
monthly;
-
annual.
If you choose a daily frequency, the operation will be repeated systematically every day from the date of the first occurrence.
If you choose a weekly frequency, you will be able to select in the next step which day of the week to repeat the occurrence (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.), as well as the frequency (once a week, once every two weeks, or once every 6 weeks, etc.).
By choosing a monthly frequency, you can select in the next step which day of the month to repeat the occurrence (the 1st of the month, the 5th of the month, the 10th, the 13th, the 20th, etc.), as well as the frequency (once a month, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 6 months, etc.).
It is not possible, for the moment, to avoid an occurrence falling on a holiday when choosing the day of the month to repeat the task. However, it will be possible to easily reschedule a task that is scheduled on a Sunday, for example, from the calendar.
Warning: it is no longer possible to complete a task before having completed or cancelled the tasks that precede it. Indeed, the order of tasks in a maintenance plan can no longer be changed.
On the other hand, it is now possible to cancel a task in the maintenance plan, for example when it could not be completed and the team is too far behind.
