You can add the documents needed to perform the tasks of the maintenance plan. This action is only possible when editing the maintenance plan (i.e. after validating its creation, or later).
To do this, simply go to the maintenance plan edition page.
At the bottom of the form is the section dedicated to documents.
Any changes made to a maintenance plan will be made to tasks in the future, not started, not completed, not cancelled.
These documents will be automatically associated with each task generated by the maintenance plan.
The accepted formats are the classic ones: DOC, PDF, XLS, as well as images in JPG, JPEG, etc. The size limit is 20 Mo per file.
You can add as many documents as you want on a maintenance plan, there is no limit.
If you want to attach a video, we advise you to post the video directly to a private YouTube channel, or any other video hosting platform, and then add the link to the maintenance plan.
