You can attach a tag to an equipment during its creation or edition, it in order to have various categories of equipment.
Also, when a technician creates a task for an equipment that has, for example, a "maintenance contract" tag, the tag will automatically be attached to the intervention. This feature allows you to avoid oversights and get better analysis of your data. In this way, you can easily filter through the search function of Mobility Work a list of equipment or tasks with the same tag.
Tags are often used for regulatory equipment, contract equipment, or processes that have been attached to a given piece of equipment. They also allow to harmonize all of your data if you are part of an industrial group composed of several factories located in different countries, for example.
There is no limit on the number of tags that can be added to an equipment card.
