How to access Suppliers' Catalogs from the mobile application

What are Suppliers' Catalogs?

The Suppliers' Catalogs contains data sheets of all the products and reference (equipment, consumables, spare parts, services, etc.) provided directly by the official suppliers of the Mobility Work platform, including: RS components, Manutan, Fanuc, Fuchs, Rexel, etc. These are already available on the web version of Mobility Work and are now available on the mobile version of the application.

 

How to access Suppliers' Catalogs from the mobile version?

Suppliers' Catalogs are accessible from the Search tab of your application (magnifying glass pictogram), below your network and community results.

 

 

Random results will appear if you open this tab without performing a search first. If you are looking for a particular reference, type your search in the search bar at the top of the screen, for example "motor oil"....

 

Click on a reference to open the corresponding product sheet. The available information is as follows:

  • Name

  • Reference

  • Category

  • Description,

  • Terms and conditions of use

  • Documentation

  • Manufacturer reference

  • Brand

  • GTIN/EAN code

  • Supplier Information (Name, phone number and contact email)

Tip: If you purchase a product or a reference from one of the Suppliers present on the platform, you can directly access its Mobility Work file by scanning the product's barcode.

 

How to duplicate a reference from Suppliers'Catalogs?

To duplicate a product or a reference from the Official Catalogues, i.e. to copy this form in your equipment database, click on the duplication pictogram at the top right of the screen.

 

An equipment creation form will then open with all the information provided by the supplier, which you can leave as is or edit.

Validate the equipment creation according to the usual procedure to add this reference to your equipment base. It will appear among your equipment, as well as on your network's newsfeed.

 

 

How do I chat with a Supplier?

Exchange with suppliers through your CMMS: if you have any question or need advice about the use of a product? Use the Chat function to discuss with your supplier. To exchange directly with a Supplier, click on the 'chat' pictogram at the top right of the product sheet.

 

This will open your messaging tool that will allow you to exchange directly with the Supplier.
