How to complete a maintenance plan task?
The individuals assigned to the task are responsible for completing it.
Creating the Activity
Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Provider (if assigned to a task)
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
To describe the intervention they performed, users need to add an activity from the task page, thus enriching the work order until the intervention is resolved.
An activity allows you to:
- Describe the intervention performed
- Specify the time spent on the intervention
- Indicate the presence of a contractor or third party
- List the necessary spare parts for the intervention
- Add meter readings
A worker can also attach technical or administrative documents related to the task, or any other documents essential for the proper execution of the intervention.
Completing a Checklist
Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Production, Service Provider
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
The checklist ensures that all essential steps are followed, reducing the risk of forgetfulness and improving the quality of operations.
You can complete a checklist by clicking the Start button. This will open the checklist modal, with all the steps to be filled out.
If you only wish to view the checklist without starting the task execution (and thus without changing the task status), you can click the Preview button.
How to mark a maintenance plan task as completed?
Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Production (if assigned), Provider (if assigned)
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
Once the intervention is complete, the user can mark the task as completed. The Mark as Completed button is available in the top right corner of the page. Once marked as completed, the task can no longer be modified. Only the network administrator can reopen a task.
Note: A maintenance plan task can only be marked as completed if all previous tasks in the plan have also been marked as completed.
How to mark a maintenance plan task as not completed?
Available for
- Roles: Administrator
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
Once a task is marked as completed, it can no longer be modified. It is no longer possible to add activities either.
However, if a modification is necessary, the network administrator can mark the task as not completed, via the button that appears in this way.
Note: A maintenance plan task can only be marked as not completed if all subsequent tasks are either not completed or have been marked as not completed.
