How to Complete an Individual Task?
The users assigned to the task are responsible for its completion.
Creating the Activity
Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Provider (if assigned to a task)
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
To describe the intervention they carried out, users must add an activity from the task page, enriching the work order until the intervention is resolved.
An activity allows for:
- Describing the intervention performed
- Specifying the time spent on the intervention
- Noting the presence of an external provider or contractor
- Listing the spare parts needed for the intervention
- Adding meter readings
A participant can also attach any technical or administrative documents related to the task, or any other essential documents for the proper execution of the intervention.
Completing a Checklist
Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Production, Service Provider
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
The checklist ensures that all essential steps are followed, reducing the risk of missing items and improving the quality of operations.
You can complete a checklist by clicking the Start button. This will open the checklist modal, with all the steps to be filled out.
If you only wish to view the checklist without starting the task execution (and thus without changing the task status), you can click the Preview button.
How to Mark an Individual Task as Completed?
Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Production (if assigned), Service Provider (if assigned)
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
Once the user has completed the intervention, they can mark the task as completed. The Mark as completed button is available at the top right of the page. Once marked as completed, the task can no longer be modified. Only the network administrator will be able to reopen the task.

How to Mark an Individual Task as Incomplete?
Available for
- Roles: Administrator
- Plans: Starter, Premium, Ultimate
Once a task is marked as completed, it can no longer be modified or updated with additional activities.
However, if a modification is necessary, the network administrator can mark the task as incomplete by using the button that appears.
